Shipping policy

Shipping:
These times DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

Your custom order takes some time to make :) You can find our current processing time listed at the top of site. Please be aware this does not include the shipping times listed below.

US: $10 for Tracked & $5 for Untracked parcel via Small Packet Air.

• Orders to the US can take 10-15 business days
• These times may be extended during the Holiday Season.

 

Canada: $4 for Untracked letter mail service.

• BC orders should arrive in 3-5 days while Ontario orders may take up to 21 days, and times may be extended during the Holiday Season.
• Letter mail shipping does not include tracking.
• Tracking is available with a flat rate shipping fee of $20. 

 

International: $15 flat rate Untracked postage.

• International orders often take 3-4 weeks for shipping.
